The 23-year-old forward is among Europe's hottest homes and Arsenal are thought to be leading the race for the A20million-rated man. But Savic, who spent a year on the fringes of the City first-team last campaign before moving to Serie A, has informed his friend to move to Manchester. He informed The Sun: 'Jovetic is among my best friends and I would recommend City to him. 'They really are a growing group, among the most useful groups in Europe. They'll win trophies and be in the Champions League every year.' Savic, 22, says he has no regrets over leaving City for Fiorentina searching of first-team baseball, but he feels his countryman may fare much better than he did at the Etihad Stadium.
