History was made by last night Fulhamas under-19s in knocking Japanese part Kashiwa Reysol 5-1 in the final of the 34th Dallas Cup Starting on the 24th of March, Fulham began their Dallas Cup campaign any way you like, beating last yearas winners Coritiba (3-1), L.A. Galaxy Academy (2-1), Eintracht Frankfurt (5-0) and Fluminense (4-3 on penalties, after drawing one-all). Kashiwa Reysol transformed host team Dallas Texans Academy (1-0), Club America (5-1), Englandas own Manchester United, (2-0) and Aalborg BK (4-0). Starting off at the Cotton Bowl Stadium, Texas, Fulham started the game while they supposed to go on and took the lead in 7minutes after some elaborate maneuvering from Lasse Vigen Christensen setup Muamer Tankovic who buried his shot high above the keeper. Using a higher amount of intensity, Fulham continued to drive their oppositions right back but were not able to increase their lead in the initial half. Once they were given a penalty after Reysol goalkeeper Ito, upended Cauley Woodrow within the region their utmost opportunity came on 20 minutes. Commanding his goalmouth, Ito composed for his problem, getting down well to his right hand side and keeping out Woodrowas spot-kick, before denying his test from the jump. While the first half progressed, Reysol began to demand some control on the game, evaluating Fulham owner Marek Rodak on two important instances. The Whites were able to wait however and were very happy to hear the half-time whistle when it came. Fulham started the next half superbly and were two-up in just a minute of kick-off. Woodrow locked onto a careless back-pass from the Reysol opponent and coolly scooped the ball up and on the arriving goalkeeper. His scoring tally was doubled by woodrow on the second, finding on the end of a beautiful long-range move from Kavanagh in a left back place, and burying his half volley into the web beyond the outstretched arms of the owner. Sitting very at 3-0 Fulham were caught napping by Reysol only minutes later when striker Oshima locked onto its way that was found by a midfield pass in the Fulham package, placing his shot comfortably beneath the body of Rodak. But it was substitute Jordan Evans who put the link out of sight. A darting work from Josh Passley was completed with a combination that discovered the outstretched leg of Evans who sent the ball across the line. Alternative George Williams put into Reysolas distress on 84 minutes. From goal scorer to help producer, Evans went industriously from midfield before acquiring Williams on the side of the area. Williams took his chance first time and broke it top left corner.
