Gareth Bale went away with the honor on a nights personal beauty at a plush London ceremony last night. The six-man nominations list was not even made by that Nastasic left Lescott surprised, particularly as the 20-year-old Serb is in charge of him spending so enough time on the sidelines this season. "I haven't any gripe with him. You may not begrudge someone who will come in and does well," said Lescott. "It was a little harsh he wasn't chosen for PFA Young Player of the Year. "He performs beyond his years and if he was English he would have had a whole lot more recognition. "He is not a glamorous sort of person who happens with the ball. He just does his job exceptionally well." Yet Nastasic's reputation, alongside that of skipper Vincent Kompany is sure to focus Lescott's mind about whether to keep at Manchester City for the last year of his commitment. The 30-year-old has set his sights on a location in England's 2014 World Cup group. But his failure to get selection for Roy Hodgson's initial party for the two most recent activities against San Marino and Montenegro - even when he did end up starting both - has given Lescott something to consider. "It could be difficult to own another season like this," said Lescott. "I have only started 14 games and that is not great going into a World Cup. "If my place in the group was safe at global level then it'd be described as a small bit easier. "But I just experienced the last group automagically. "It was possible check and made me know I have to make a decision and it requires to function as the right one for my career." Lescott is phlegmatic about his chances of being chosen for the FA Cup final against Wigan on May 11, knowing Nastasic was the person asked for success over Chelsea in the semi. "I have played in the most the earlier units nonetheless it is around the director to decide on the day," he explained. "Obviously my potential has been well documented but this is a particular club to me. "I feel just like we've done a great deal together and I'd love to keep. "But I am perhaps not naive enough to think I'm definitely going to. "If at the conclusion I could say I've gained two FA Cups, a and the Premier League Community Shield within my time at City then it'd maybe not be too bad would it?"
