TONY Pulis has revealed that his future a and the future path of the membership a' is likely to be decided at a scheduled summit ending up in the Coates household at the end of the year. The Stoke City director has moved rapidly to dismiss speculation he is ready to walk before the end of the season. His future is said by tony Pulis as Stoke City boss will soon be determined at the end of the season. As an alternative, he asserts his connection with chairman Peter Coates remains strong, and revealed this week.. they'd lunch together. but at no point outlined his future. Striking right back at a newspaper report declaring he would quit the team once Stoke were mathematically secure from relegation, Pulis retorted: "I believe people who know me know I'm not someone who'll just walk off to the sun. myprint-247 Print voucher Our heavyweight cards have FREE UV cotton finish, FREE next day delivery & VAT included. "If I was likely to walk away I'd have told him right now, but I certainly didn't mention such a thing about walking away. "This club has been absolutely fantastic if you ask me and I have therefore much regard for Peter, John and Denise (Coates). "That respect goes a whole lot more than having something sorted out and then just walking away." Pulis is certainly not speaking such as a director who feels the axe is hanging above his head after winning only five points from 42 before last week's gain at QPR, but nor does he believe his job is safe after seven years back at the Britannia Stadium. He explained an inquest into the present plan will be held with the club's owners after the season is over. "We can do that, like we do every year," he explained. "There is likely to be no issues with that. The main thing is we remain in the Premier League. We are perhaps not there yet, that has to be the target. "Then we may sit down, evaluate what we have done, what we can do to enhance and what we can afford to accomplish in the future." Asked whether he'd be Stoke City boss next year, Pulis replied: "I hope therefore, but the two most critical facets in this will be the family and myself. I've not said anything and your family have not said anything. "Maybe you ought to ring the chairman and ask him what the odds are." When asked whether he believed he had taken the club as far as he can, Pulis added: "There continues to be work to be performed and I hope I'm the person to complete it, but it boils down to the Coates household and myself getting together and talking about it. "But if I am happy if you're asking me, I have always been happy as of this soccer club. "If it finished tomorrow, the most important thing I'd want is always to remain friends with Peter and the family." Stoke go into tomorrow's six-pointer against Norwich City with Pulis suggesting as much as seven groups remain fighting to prevent relegation. He's injury doubts over Marc Wilson (hamstring), Charlie Adam and Cameron Jerome (both foot), but is optimistic of seeing Matthew Etherington play a part after it appeared certain earlier in the week the winger could miss out because of a ongoing back issue.
